Technical Lead – Node.js & React.js

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Node.js and React.js to lead development teams working on solutions for our manufacturing clients.

Manufacturing domain/client experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor frontend and backend development teams.
• Design and develop scalable applications using Node.js and React.js.
• Define technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Conduct code reviews and resolve complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with clients, product managers, and business stakeholders.
• Support sprint planning, estimation, task allocation, and delivery.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and quality.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, and Microservices.
• Proficiency in React.js, Hooks, State Management, and Component Architecture.
• Experience with MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL.
• Strong knowledge of System Design and Scalable Architecture.
• Experience with Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Mandatory Manufacturing Experience

• Prior experience working with manufacturing clients or within the manufacturing domain is mandatory.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes such as production, supply chain, inventory, quality, maintenance, or shop-floor operations.
• Exposure to MES, ERP, WMS, SCADA, or IoT/IIoT is an added advantage.

Experience & Leadership

• 8+ years of software development experience with relevant experience in Node.js and React.js.
• Prior experience as a Technical Lead / Lead Developer.
• Strong team leadership, problem-solving, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to translate manufacturing business requirements into effective technical solutions.
