Technical Consultant III (Senior Software Engineer - Java)

What is the Opportunity?

This role is ideal for engineers who want to go beyond building individual components and gain a deep understanding of how enterprise platforms come together. You will play a key role in helping global banks adopt and integrate Zafin’s SaaS solutions, solving complex integration challenges across modern cloud platforms and large-scale banking technology ecosystems.

As a hands-on, customer-facing engineer, you will take ownership of delivering integration solutions from initial design through successful go-live, working closely with clients, architects, and product teams to drive business outcomes.

What You Will Do

• Design and deliver end-to-end SaaS integration solutions for enterprise banking clients.
• Assess and map client integration landscapes across core banking systems, APIs, messaging platforms, data ecosystems, and cloud environments.
• Define and implement API-led and event-driven integration architectures.
• Build and support solutions leveraging Kafka, REST services, data pipelines, and cloud technologies.
• Partner directly with client architects, technology teams, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Support implementation, testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and production go-live activities.
• Drive continuous improvement through reusable integration accelerators, best practices, and technical documentation.
• Act as the voice of the customer by providing valuable implementation feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
• Develop into a trusted technical advisor, guiding banking clients through complex modernization and integration initiatives.

Who We Are Looking For

Typically, 7-10 years of experience in software engineering, enterprise integration, or solution implementation.
