Job Summary

Tranzeal Technologies is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to support our US IT staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for technically screening resumes, ensuring quality candidate submissions, mentoring recruiters on search strategies, and working closely with Client SPOCs and Client Relationship Managers to meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate incoming resumes against job requirements, client specifications, and technical skill matrices provided by the Business Development Manager
• Assess candidates' technical qualifications, years of experience, certifications, and domain expertise relevant to IT consulting roles (e.g., ERP, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, SAP, etc.)
• Shortlist and rank candidates based on fit scores, availability, and rate compatibility
• Flag discrepancies, gaps in employment, or mismatched skills in resumes for further review
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate status, notes, and disposition records
• Build and manage a database of pre-qualified IT consulting profiles for active and upcoming client requirements
• Track bench candidates and proactively match them to open positions
• Liaise with recruiters to source and gather resumes for open requisitions and communicate qualification feedback to recruiters
• Schedule and coordinate preliminary HR/technical screening calls as directed by the BD Manager
• Thoroughly analyze job descriptions and client statements of work (SOW) to extract must-have vs. nice-to-have qualifications
• Translate client needs into internal resume screening criteria and checklists
• Stay updated on emerging IT skills, technologies, and market trends to improve screening accuracy
• Assist the BD Manager in preparing candidate profiles and Coordinate with the BD and delivery teams to ensure headcount needs are met within client timelines
• Ensure all resume submissions meet client formatting standards and compliance requirements (e.g., work authorization, background check eligibility)
• Verify certifications, education credentials, and references as required

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical skill sets.
• Expertise in technical resume screening and candidate evaluation.
• Experience in US IT Staffing, preferably with system integrators.
• Well versed with all Tax terms - W2,1099, Corp-corp
• Strong understanding of US Work visa and permits
• Good knowledge of ATS platforms such as JobDiva, Bullhorn, or CEIPAL.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent resume screening and technical vetting skills.
• Strong understanding of the US IT Staffing lifecycle.
• Working with leading Direct clients and System Integrators such as TCS, Infosys, Wipro, HCLTech, Tech Mahindra, LTIMindtree, Capgemini, Cognizant, Accenture, IBM, etc.
• Ability to interpret complex technical job descriptions and map relevant candidate profiles.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related Engineering discipline.
• 7–8 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment with strong technical resume vetting expertise.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise clients and understanding client hiring expectations.
