Job Description

  • Customer facing role for first level Application/Implementation/Technical Operation Support Should be comfortable working in 10 hours shifts in 24 x 7 operation, 5 days a week. Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • 1 to 2 years Application/Implementation/Technical Operation support experience
  • Understanding customer issues and providing quick resolution via direct communication, mail, chat, phone etc.
  • Working in experience in multi team environment
  • Able to categories issues/tickets and reach out to needed team members quickly
  • Reporting skills to provide daily /weekly/monthly reports and highlighting any issues to next levels
  • Good English and Hindi communication skills and good inter-personnel skills.
  • Articulate and writing skills
  • skills- PHP/Mysql/SQL Query handling/Advance Excel/PowerPoint/ Pivot Tables/Ticket raising/ Issue solving/Customer Interaction/Coordinatio

Job Responsibilities

  • Good in PowerPoint and Advance Excel and should be able to create pivot tables and charts from the data set.
  • Should have a stable WiFi at home to WFH if required.
  • Good English and Hindi communication skills and good inter-personnel skills.
  • Able to categories issues/tickets and reach out to needed team members quickly
  • Reporting skills to provide daily /weekly/monthly reports and highlighting any issues to next levels
