Role Description The Tech SEO Expert will be responsible for improving the technical health, visibility, and performance of GreenFlow Ventures’ digital properties. This full-time remote role includes conducting comprehensive technical SEO audits, optimizing site architecture, page speed, and crawlability, and ensuring proper indexation across search engines. The Tech SEO Expert will collaborate with content, product, and development teams to implement schema markup, fix site errors, enhance internal linking, and maintain SEO best practices during site changes or new feature deployments.

The role also involves monitoring analytics and SEO tools, preparing performance reports, identifying growth opportunities, and staying current with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends relevant to financial services and capital markets.

Qualifications Technical SEO expertise, including site audits, crawlability optimization, indexation management, and structured data implementation (schema markup).

Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals, and common CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or comparable systems).

Skills in page speed optimization, core web vitals improvement, mobile-first indexing, and resolving technical issues such as broken links, redirects, and canonicalization.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate technical findings into actionable recommendations, and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.

Experience working in or with financial services, investment platforms, or capital markets-focused businesses is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.

Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and capacity to work independently in a remote, fast-paced setting.
