We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to drive technical direction, solve complex engineering problems, and help

build scalable, reliable, high-quality software for our AI + IoT platform.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to software engineers
• Design and review scalable software architectures and system designs
• Stay hands-on with coding and solve complex technical problems
• Drive technical decisions across APIs, databases, cloud, and application architecture
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and performance
• Identify and resolve technical risks, bottlenecks, and architectural challenges
• Mentor engineers and help raise the team's technical capabilities
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions
• Improve system reliability, scalability, observability, and engineering practices

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong hands-on programming and system design experience
• Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies
• Experience making and owning technical architecture decisions
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Experience with code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with SaaS, AI/ML, or data-driven products
• Experience with Python and modern backend technologies
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• Experience working in a fast-growing startup environment
