Only candidates with Team Leader or Trainer experience in the Loan/Credit Card process should apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching.
• Conduct team huddles, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure quality, productivity, and adherence to process guidelines.
• Prepare daily MIS and performance reports.
• Resolve team escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with management to improve team performance.

Eligibility

• 6 months to 5 years of Team Leader/Trainer experience.
• Experience in the Loan or Credit Card industry is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of Loan & Credit Card products.
• Good team handling and coordination skills.
• Average English communication skills.
• Experience in Banking, NBFC, DSA, or Financial Services will be preferred.
