As a Team Lead Backend Developer, you will be instrumental in enhancing our Loan

Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS) using Python and Django.

Your expertise in fintech lending processes and cloud technologies like AWS or Google

Cloud will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead backend development initiatives for our lending platform, focusing on scalability and security.
• Oversee the integration of our systems with AWS/Google Cloud to enhance operational efficiency.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers in building robust fintech solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related engineering field.
• 6+ years of backend development experience, with a strong proficiency in Python and

Django.

• Experience in developing LOS/LMS is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud), with practical implementation experience.
