Talent Acquisition Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive at First Connect Worldwide LLC (INDIA) in Noida. The Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring processes, conducting interviews, and effective communication with candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Non-IT recruitment for various roles.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through different job portals and recruitment channels.
• Schedule and coordinate 6–8 interviews per day.
• Manage the interview pipeline and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Meet monthly hiring targets by achieving at least 6 candidate joinings per month.
• Handle hiring for Sales roles and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and provide regular recruitment updates.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Non-IT recruitment.
• Proven experience in hiring Sales professionals.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working days : 5 days

Office timings : 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
