TA Specialist

We are looking for recruiters with 1-3 years of experience in IT Recruitment, ready to work from our Gurgaon office (opposite Millenium Metro Station) and experience in a staff augmentation or recruitment consultancy environment

What you’ll do

• Source and screen candidates as per defined JDs and filters
• Ensure follow-through across all steps: CVs, interviews, offers, joining
• Manage and improve recruitment trackers (Excel, Airtable)

What we’re looking for

• minimum 1 year of experience in tech recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Strong grasp of screening criteria and filters
• Experience of closing IT or tech roles
• Solid communication skills — voice and writing both
• High energy, disciplined follow-up, and a “close it” attitude
• Comfortable with tools like Naukri, Excel, LinkedIn, and fast at learning new ones
