Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to spearhead the architecture, development, and scaling of our intelligent systems.

In this role, you won't just build modelsyou will own the technical vision for our AI initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and design the production systems that deliver AI capabilities at scale.

You will act as the bridge between cutting-edge AI research, robust software engineering, and strategic business goals.

Skills & Qualifications

Required Technical Skills

5+ years of experience as a software/machine learning engineer, with a track record of deploying and maintaining ML models in production at scale.

Experience in AI/ML Algorithm development.

Candidates with Sensor or Image processing would be a valuable fit.

Expert proficiency in C++, Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch preferred, or TensorFlow).

Extensive experience designing enterprise-grade GenAI systems, Neural networks and CNN.

Deep understanding of cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes) and MLOps platforms (e.g., MLflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI).

Application development experience with REST API/QUICK API.

Key Responsibilities

Model Development : Design, train, and fine-tune machine learning models, deep learning architectures, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve complex business problems.

Data Engineering : Build and maintain scalable data pipelines to preprocess, clean, and augment structured and unstructured data for training.

MLOps & Deployment : Deploy models as scalable APIs in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) and establish MLOps pipelines for continuous monitoring, evaluation, and retraining.

System Integration : Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into our core software products.

Optimization : Optimize model inference latency, throughput, and resource utilization for production environments.
