Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Support & Test Engineer with expertise in Automotive Wire Harness Testing, Automated Test Equipment (ATE), Electrical Validation, and Machine Vision (AOI) . The role focuses on troubleshooting, testing, validation, and technical support for automated wire harness testing systems.

Minimum Studies

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.

Automotive Wiring Harness Testing

Automated Test Equipment (ATE)

Electrical Testing & Troubleshooting

LabVIEW / TestStand / Python / C#

CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, CANoe, CANalyzer

Electrical Schematics & Wiring Diagrams

SQL / MES (Preferred)

AOI / Machine Vision (Cognex, Keyence, OpenCV) – Preferred

Key Responsibilities

Configure, operate, and troubleshoot Wire Harness ATE systems.

Perform Continuity, Insulation Resistance, Isolation, and Hipot Testing.

Diagnose electrical components such as resistors, diodes, relays, and connectors.

Troubleshoot test fixtures, Interface Test Adapters (ITAs), probes, and hardware issues.

Use electrical test instruments such as Oscilloscope, Digital Multimeter (DMM), LCR Meter, and DC Power Supply.

Support automation and test software based on LabVIEW and TestStand.

Analyze CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, and Automotive Ethernet communication.

Perform root cause analysis and optimize test system performance.

Support AOI/Machine Vision systems using Cognex, Keyence, or OpenCV (preferred).
