Job Purpose- The Invoice Processing Specialist is responsible for managing and verifying financial transactions related to procurement, freight, and services. This role ensures accurate documentation, compliance with company policies, and timely processing of payments

Job Purpose Description -

Key Responsibilities

• Raw Material Invoices: Review and process invoices for Carbon Paste Plant raw materials.
• Packaging Costs: Handle invoices related to bags and packaging materials.
• Freight Charges: Verify and record ocean freight and outgoing freight for the Carbon Paste Plant.
• Store Transactions: Process invoices for store purchases
• Service Receipts: Validate and record service receipts
• Service Invoices: Manage service-related invoices
• Payment Orders: Prepare and execute payment orders ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of invoice management and accounting principles.
• Attention to detail in verifying freight, service, and raw material costs.
• Ability to coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams.
• Proficiency in ERP or accounting software for invoice tracking.
