Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supply Chain Specialist located in Kochi. As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day supply chain operations, including material planning and coordination, inventory management, operations management, inventory reconciliation, project reconciliation and communication with stakeholders.

Your role will involve analyzing data, support transactions, identifying areas for improvement, optimizing supply value chains, and ensuring streamlined processes. You will also be involved in category management, materials and inventory management, master data management, procurement, sourcing, negotiations, contracts management, supply chain analytics and providing training and mentoring to team members. You will play a critical role to enable client's investment in ERP (i.e.

SAP S/4 HANA, Oracle, etc.) and other Software solutions (i.e. Coupa, GEP, Ariba, etc.).

This role will be supporting oil and gas/ asset intensive customers in United States of America.

The selected candidates will be required to work between the following hours

• Day Shift in CST: 7AM-4PM CST (Houston Time)
• Evening Shift in CST: 4PM- 1AM CST (Houston Time)
• Night Shift in CST: 1AM - 10AM CST (Houston Time)

The actual hours will be +/- 2 hours depending on client requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Engineers Preferred
• Excellent analytical skills (E.g. Power BI, Cost Modeling, Forecast Modeling, etc.)
• Experience in supply chain management
• SAP S/4 HANA PTP, ATR (PM), DM/PP, QM, EWM Modules will be a plus
• Proficiency in inventory management
• Knowledge of operations management
• Materials Management/ Category Management

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial

• 2+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas or asset intensive industry
• Master's in Business Administration will be a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of industry regulations
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, business, or related fields
• Flexibility in taking roles and different shifts
• Team Player & Individual Contributor with no/ limited supervision
• Digital Mindset including Artificial Intelligence
