Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Supply Chain professional who will be responsible for managing end-to-end coordination between customers and internal supply operations. The role requires strong expertise in inbound and outbound logistics, material planning, and ensuring timely delivery aligned with customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a key interface between customers and internal supply chain teams
• Manage customer inputs, orders, and demand planning effectively
• Ensure timely material supply against customer requirements
• Handle inbound and outbound logistics operations
• Monitor and execute material pulling, dispatch planning, and delivery schedules
• Conduct quality checks on materials before dispatch
• Ensure adherence to JIT (Just-In-Time) and JIS (Just-In-Sequence) delivery systems
• Coordinate with production, stores, and logistics for smooth material flow
• Track inventory and ensure optimal stock levels to avoid shortages/excess
• Resolve supply-related issues and ensure high customer satisfaction

Key Requirements

• Graduate/Post Graduate in Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations / Engineering
• Strong knowledge of Inbound & Outbound logistics processes
• Good understanding of JIT / JIS concepts
• Hands-on experience in material planning and dispatch coordination
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders (Customer, Production, Stores, Vendors)
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Excel
