Supply Chain Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely material dispatch and adherence to delivery schedules.
• Track procurement activities, pending orders, and long lead-time materials to support production requirements.
• Collaborate with the Stores team to monitor inventory, stock availability, shortages, and material receipts.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and maintain optimum stock levels for critical materials.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports and dashboards on material status, delays, shortages, and procurement risks.
• Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve supply chain risks or delivery issues affecting production.
• Update ERP/MRP systems with accurate material status and maintain complete documentation of vendor follow-ups and delivery commitments.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth material planning and procurement operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate / Diploma in Engineering / Supply Chain / Commerce
• 25 years of experience in Purchase / Stores / Supply Chain coordination role
• Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
