Job Summary

A Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the flow of materials, products, and information throughout the supply chain to ensure timely and cost-effective operations. The role involves working closely with procurement, production, warehouse, logistics, and vendors to manage inventory levels, process purchase orders, track shipments, and resolve supply chain issues. The Supply Chain Coordinator maintains accurate records, prepares reports, ensures compliance with company policies, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and meet customer delivery expectations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the movement of materials, products, and shipments across the supply chain.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Track purchase orders, shipments, and deliveries to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, production, and logistics teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Communicate with suppliers and transport providers to resolve delivery and supply issues.
• Prepare and maintain accurate supply chain documentation, reports, and records.
• Monitor order status and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Identify and resolve supply chain disruptions to minimize operational delays.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Analyze supply chain data and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Support demand planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization activities.
• Assist in implementing supply chain improvement initiatives and operational best practices.
