📌 Role Overview

• Position: Store Manager
• Location: Alwar, Rajasthan
• Compensation: ₹4.0 – ₹5.5 LPA (Based on experience)
• Industry Preference: Apparel, Fashion, Footwear, or Lifestyle Retail

⚡ Key Responsibilities

• Drive Business Growth: Achieve sales targets and optimize retail metrics (Conversion, ATV, UPT).
• Store Operations: Run smooth day-to-day operations, manage POS billing, cash handling, and SOP compliance.
• Inventory & Shrinkage: Maintain optimum stock levels, lead inventory audits, and minimize stock loss.
• Visual Merchandising: Implement brand-specific VM guidelines to keep the store looking fresh and premium.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule the store team to foster a high-performance culture.

🎯 What We Are Looking For

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 3–5 years in apparel/lifestyle retail, with at least 2 years of proven experience as a Store Manager.
• Skills: Strong sales acumen, team management, inventory control, and proficiency in MS Excel & POS systems.
