Responsibilities

10+ years of experience in Data Science, Decision Science, or Applied Machine Learning.Strong hands-on experience across assortment, merchandising, pricing, promotions, or demand planning analytics.Deep expertise in statistics, experimentation design, causal inference, and predictive modeling. Advanced proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow).Experience building and deploying models in cloud-based, large-scale production environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Proven ability to operate as a senior individual contributor with significant cross-functional business impact .
