Sr. Web Designer

We are seeking a creative and self-reliant Frontend Web Designer to own the entire visual and user experience layout of our website projects, with a strong focus on educational institutions (schools, colleges, and universities). In this role, you will not receive UI/UX wireframes or Figma files from an external designer. Instead, you will self-conceptualize layouts from scratch and convert your own ideas into clean, semantic, production-ready code.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Visual Conception: Independently research, wireframe, and design modern web layouts optimized for educational structures (e.g., course directories, admissions pipelines, faculty profiles).
• Semantic Frontend Coding: Translate your approved concepts into pixel-perfect, clean HTML5 and CSS3 structures.
• Component-Driven Development: Build highly reusable visual components (cards, navigation systems, alerts) using Bootstrap to ensure speed and scale across different multi-page school websites.
• Client-Side Interactivity: Implement functional menus, smooth scroll effects, responsive forms, and UI feedback using native JavaScript.
• Web Accessibility Execution: Ensure all visual assets, font scaling, and color choices strictly follow web accessibility compliance guidelines (WCAG) required for educational public sectors.

Required Core Technical Skills

• Design Independence: Proven track record of creating beautiful layouts without relying on pre-existing templates or external UI/UX kits.
• HTML5 & CSS3: Expert-level positioning, flexbox/grid layout design, typography handling, and standard stylesheet architectures.
• Bootstrap: Deep expertise in grid layouts, responsive breakpoints, mobile-first utility classes, and custom component styling.
• JavaScript: Confident in core JavaScript for DOM manipulation, user event triggers, and basic UI animations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 2–3 years of professional web design and development experience, preferably handling full visual creation pipelines.
• Niche Requirement: Familiarity designing information-heavy websites with extensive page hierarchies (like corporate or educational domains).
• Comprehensive Portfolio: A mandatory digital portfolio containing live website URLs that demonstrate both your aesthetic design sense and your execution of responsive layout code.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
