Sr Technical Lead - Native Mobile Applications

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead with strong expertise in mobile application development and proven experience in leading high-performing teams. The ideal candidate should possess excellent hands-on technical skills, be capable of managing a team of 10 resources and provide technical guidance to ensure successful project delivery. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Primary Skills (Must have hnads on experince)

• Overall experience on mobile technologies with 12 years (Native and cross platform)
• 7+ years of strong experience with Swift iOS development.
• 4+ years of strong experience with Kotlin.
• 3+ years of strong experience with Ionic capacitor development.
• Good understanding of mobile applications architecture and best practices.
• Understanding backend systems, APIs to effectively collaborate with backend teams.

Role & responsibilities

• Possess over 12 years of experience in mobile application development, including both native and cross-platform technologies.
• Demonstrate strong technical expertise in Swift, Kotlin, and Ionic Capacitor application development.
• Ability to effectively understand and analyze both business and technical requirements.
• Translate business requirements into well-defined technical requirements, user stories and actionable development tasks.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners and development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood, effectively communicated, and successfully implemented.
• Experienced in serving as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement to ensure smooth project execution.
