About The Role

We are looking for a Sr. Software Engineer (Full Stack) to join our Bangalore-based team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, product-driven environment and is passionate about building scalable, performant, and intuitive web applications. You will work across the stack — crafting interactive UIs using React, building robust APIs with Node.js or Python, and managing big data operations on SQL and BigQuery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications
• Build responsive front-end interfaces using React
• Implement robust backend services with Node.js or Python
• Work with SQL and BigQuery to handle large-scale datasets efficiently
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code adhering to best practices
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product features
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively

Tech Stack

• Frontend: React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Backend: Node.js, Python
• Databases: SQL, BigQuery
• Cloud: Google Cloud Platform (preferred), AWS or Azure (optional)
• DevOps: GitHub Actions, Docker, CI/CD pipelines
• Others: REST APIs, JSON, Git

Must-Have Requirements

• 4–6 years of full-stack development experience
• Hands-on experience building applications using React, Node.js and/or Python
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries
• Experience working with large datasets and BigQuery
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices including design patterns, CI/CD
• Experience working with cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Good to Have

• Experience with data visualization tools or BI dashboards
• Prior experience in building SaaS or marketing analytics products
• Exposure to Google Cloud services like Cloud Functions, Cloud SQL, IAM
• Understanding of performance tuning and observability practices
