JOB ROLE: We’re looking for someone who’s equal parts creative and analytical — someone who can spot a trend before it’s even trending, knows what makes an audience stop scrolling,. You’ll own our social presence end-to-end: from strategy to shoot, from posting to performance.

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO Strategy & Planning Build monthly content calendars — posts, reels, stories, campaigns — and make sure we’re always riding the right wave, not chasing it. Content & Creative Ideation Dream up big ideas, brief the creative team, plan shoots end-to-end, and make sure everything we post looks and sounds unmistakably Decorpot.

Influencer Collabs

Find the right creators, pitch them, negotiate, and run campaigns that feel native — not like ads. The good kind of collab Community Management Be that trusted friend behind our Instagram and Facebook. Engage, reply, nurture — daily. Performance & Reporting Track what’s working, report monthly, and turn data into real decisions — not just pretty charts that sit in a folder.

YOU’D BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU

Have 4-5 years managing social for brands at an agency — not just scheduling posts

Know how platform algorithms work and can reverse-engineer what makes content pop

Have run influencer campaigns end-to-end, from the first DM to final deliverable

Are comfortable on a shoot — brief, coordinate, direct, deliver, repeat

Write copy that sounds like a real person wrote it, not a corporate bot

Can juggle five things at once without dropping the ball (or your creative standards)

Know your way around Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and Google Analytics

Are highly organised, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoy a packed calendar BONUS POINTS IF YOU ALSO

Background in lifestyle, interior design, or a creative industry

Know your way around paid social and ad performance metrics

Handy with Canva, CapCut, VN, or InShot
