About the Role: We are seeking a results-driven Enterprise Sales professional with a strong hunter mindset to drive new logo acquisition across Banks, NBFCs, Insurance companies, and other BFSI organizations. This role requires a self-starter who can build their own pipeline through cold outreach, is comfortable with extensive travel, and maintains high standards of integrity and compliance.

Key Requirements

• Experience selling Enterprise Software, DMS, BPM, ERP (SAP, Oracle, Ramco), or AI/ML solutions to BFSI clients
• Demonstrable hunting track record (you must be able to name specific accounts you personally opened from zero).
• Build pipeline from scratch through aggressive outbound — cold outreach, partner-led entry, and CXO mapping.
• Existing CIO/IT-head-level relationships across multiple large BFSI units.
• Lead end to end sales from lead generation till closure with Pre-sales and other stakeholders.
• Map decision-making heads —CIOs, GMs (IT), procurement heads — and influence RFP scope before tenders are floated.
• Should have closed multiple enterprise sales deals of ₹1 Cr plus during the last one year.
• Hands-on knowledge of GeM, CPPP, e-procurement, EMD/PBG, GFR norms, and government commercial terms.
