Clearly communicating progress towards delivery, technical challenges that may occur, and to provide clarity on customer needs using a data driven approach Owns the project and product management. Develops and maintains the product strategy and roadmap Regularly assess product metrics, user feedback, and operational efficiency. Spearhead redesigns and refinements when necessary. Designing, developing and managing activities from product definition & planning to production and release Managing prioritisation and trade-offs between customer experience, business impact, performance, and post-launch support Working cross-functionally with design and technology teams to ensure timely and quality release of product/ enhancements Ensure the product meets the stringent data security, privacy standards and regulations policy to ensure product compliance and mitigating potential risks. Offer guidance and mentorship to junior members, fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and collaboration. Desired qualifications Educational qualification - Bachelors degree in technology. Additionally if Business Masters completed it will be preferred. Total experience - 5 to 8 years Must have prior product management experience of 3 years for an Enterprise SaaS Product. Past experience in any one of the below Logistics Tech or SaaS Product in CRM / HRM / ERP Good written and oral communication skills Entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias for customer-focused innovation. Flair for good UX/UI Inclination towards data lead decision making. Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience turning data into actionable insights.
