What Youll Do

• Leading and mentoring a team of data scientists and analysts to deliver high-impact data solutions.
• Designing and implementing advanced analytics techniques, including machine learning and predictive modeling, to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for data-driven insights.

• A master s degree or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in data science, analytics, or a closely related domain.
• Proven experience leading data-driven projects and managing high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and big data technologies.
