AnaxisTech LLP is looking for an experienced Tech Team Leader to lead our engineering team, manage international client projects, and drive end-to-end software delivery.

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Node.js
• React.js
• Next.js
• MySQL
• PostgreSQL
• MS SQL Server
• MongoDB

Experience Required

• 7+ years of Full Stack Development
• 3–5+ years of Team Leadership
• Experience managing 10+ developers
• Strong Project Management & Client Communication skills
• Experience working with international clients
• Agile/Scrum experience

Additional Skills

• REST APIs & GraphQL
• AWS / Azure / Google Cloud
• CI/CD & Git
• Flutter (Preferred)
• AI Development Tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Codex, Prompt Engineering)
