Job Description & Responsibilities

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance analysis, including revenue and expenses. Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. Analyze revenue trends, variances, and key drivers to provide actionable insights Develop and maintain revenue models, including ARR/MRR, churn, retention, and cohort analysis. Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, and lifetime value (LTV). Provide insights into revenue growth opportunities and customer analysis. Create executive-level reports and presentations highlighting key trends and business performance Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools Support and actively participate in the month-end and quarter-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations. Analyze revenue subledger trends, identify key drivers of variances, and highlight risks and opportunities. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and financial reports to provide real-time insights to stakeholders. Drive revenue forecasting and planning activities, including scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Revenue Accounting, Operations, and Business Leaders. Extract and consolidate data from multiple systems to deliver accurate and timely reporting. Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency enhancements. Provide ad hoc financial analysis and decision support to leadership. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced) and Power BI. Experience with financial planning tools such as TM1 (preferred). Knowledge of Power Query / Power Pivot for data transformation and modelling. Exposure to Alteryx is a plus. High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into business insights. Experience working in a remote/global environment, preferably with a US-based multinational organization. 4-6 years of relevant experience in FP&A or Financial Analysis roles. Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Commerce (required).
