Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager- MIS & Accounts

As an experienced professional in financial MIS, accounts, and finance with 5 to 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Performing MIS Reporting to provide insights into financial data
• Managing Inventory effectively to ensure smooth operations
• Analyzing MIS reports to identify trends and areas of improvement
• Reconciling Inventory to maintain accurate records
• Monitoring Stock levels to prevent shortages or overages
• Conducting Variance analysis and collaborating with cross-functional departments
• Utilizing Process working knowledge for Balance Sheet preparation
• Conducting Financial Statement Analysis to support decision-making
• Scrutinizing Ledgers and managing month-end closing activities

The preferred candidate profile for this role includes

• 5 to 10 years of experience in financial MIS, Accounts, and Finance
• Experience in the manufacturing industry with a strong understanding of costing
• Familiarity with Inventory controls and ERP systems
• Proficiency in financial reporting processes
