Job Description & Responsibilities
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support business leaders in driving organizational growth through effective people management. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to business units, ensuring the implementation of HR initiatives that align with business objectives while fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Drive end-to-end employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, career development, and offboarding.
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and HR policies.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent development initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to improve employee productivity, retention, and engagement.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely hiring for business requirements.
- Manage employee grievances and ensure timely resolution while maintaining confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Drive employee engagement activities and initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
- Partner with stakeholders on organizational restructuring, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Support change management initiatives and organizational development projects.
- Maintain HR documentation, reports, and employee records accurately.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or a similar HR role.
- Experience working closely with business leaders in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and HR best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Strong employee relations and conflict resolution abilities.
- Experience in performance management and talent development.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics.
- Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
