Sr. Engineer QA & QC (Piping Spool)

• Review drawings, TPIs and project specifications.
• Inspect incoming materials as per standard norms.
• Monitor fit-up, welding, and dimensional inspections.
• Ensure compliance with ASME standards.
• Coordinate and witness NDT (RT, UT, PT, MT).
• Conduct hydro/pneumatic pressure test inspections.
• Maintain quality documentation and inspection reports.
• Raise and follow up on NCRs.
• Coordinate with production, planning, and client inspection teams.

Preferred Skills & Expertise

• Familiar with ASME codes and NDT procedures.
• Hands-on experience with dimensional inspection tools
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and time management
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines

Experience required : Min 5 years

Qualification : Diploma/B.E. (Mechanical)
