We are in urgent need of Sr. Engineer QA/QC

Experience Required: 6–10 years (preferred in heavy engineering / bearing)

Required Qualifications : Skills

Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering or related field

Certification in NDT Level II (UT / PT / MT )

Strong knowledge of ISO quality systems

Ability to read and understand technical drawings and GD&T

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled QA/QC Personnel with experience in heavy engineering manufacturing .

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality through inspection, testing, and adherence to relevant standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements
• Conduct in-process and final inspections of components
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality procedures
• Perform and supervise NDT inspections (UT, PT, as applicable)
• Prepare and maintain quality documents, inspection reports, and test certificates
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for defects and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate with production, design, and client inspection teams
• Handle customer inspections and audits
• Ensure calibration and proper usage of measuring instruments

• Handle a quality team independently
