• Build and scale cutting-edge MLOps and LLMOps pipelines that bring AI models and generative solutions from experimentation into real-world impact
• Drive secure, automated deployment of AI/ML and LLM-powered services using modern cloud and DevOps practices across Azure environments
• Shape and champion responsible AI operations, ensuring governance, traceability, and auditability across every stage of the model lifecycle
• Design and evolve monitoring, observability, and evaluation systems that keep models performant, reliable, and continuously improving in production
• Partner with data scientists, AI engineers, and product teams to operationalize innovation, transforming cutting-edge ideas into scalable solutions
• Lead the adoption of safe rollout strategies (A/B testing, canary releases, human-in-the-loop controls) to deliver high-quality AI experiences with confidence

Essential Skills For Creating a Lasting Impact

Alegeus colleagues are known as problem-solvers, risk-takers, and innovative thinkers. As a Sr. Engineer II, ML Ops, these skills are essential for success:

• Abilities: Strong technical and analytical capabilities to design, automate, and govern end-to-end AI/ML and LLM operations, including deployment pipelines, observability, secure release practices, and cross-functional collaboration in regulated environments
• Experience: 7–9 years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, ML engineering, or cloud/platform engineering, with hands-on expertise in deploying and supporting production-grade AI/ML systems; experience with tools such as Azure Machine Learning, MLflow, Azure OpenAI, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring frameworks
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Location: Bangalore, India
