Sr. Database Engineer

Hi Everyone,

We're looking for an experienced Senior Database Engineer to join our engineering team on a remote contract, working directly with UK-based engineering teams during UK shift hours.

Location: Remote (India)

Shift: UK Shift Hours

work Type:- Contractual

Work Location:- WFH

🔹 Key Skills Required

• 5+ years of experience as a Database Engineer
• Strong expertise in MySQL (InnoDB, Transactions, Locking, Query Optimization)
• Hands-on experience with AWS RDS (MySQL)
• SQL Performance Tuning & Schema Design
• Database Performance Optimization
• AWS CloudWatch & Performance Insights
• Database Migration & Version Upgrades
• Understanding of Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JDBC
• Experience identifying and resolving database, infrastructure, and application-level performance bottlenecks
• Exposure to AWS DynamoDB is a plus
