Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Cloud Engineer to join our Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing cloud infrastructure, supporting mission-critical environments, and ensuring high availability, security, and operational excellence. This role requires excellent technical, problem-solving, and leadership skills while collaborating with global teams and supporting enterprise-level cloud operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate day-to-day cloud infrastructure operations in a global support environment.

Monitor, maintain, and optimize cloud platforms to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability.

Support the management of cloud environments and data center infrastructure.

Enhance infrastructure monitoring, incident management, and operational processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and cloud-related issues.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve escalated technical issues and ensure timely resolution.

Ensure adherence to incident, change, and problem management processes.

Recommend and implement improvements to cloud operations, documentation, automation, and monitoring tools.

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing and technical best practices.

Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies, infrastructure trends, and industry best practices.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams to achieve operational objectives.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Experience managing Internet Information Services (IIS).

Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server administration.

Experience with cloud infrastructure monitoring and operations.

Understanding of incident management, change management, and IT operational processes.

Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently as well as within distributed global teams.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Datadog monitoring.

Knowledge of Python scripting or automation.

Experience with infrastructure automation and monitoring tools.

Experience Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, or Infrastructure Engineering.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
