Job Overview

Looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer to lead our AI initiatives and contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and data science, along with proven experience in designing and implementing AI systems at scale.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI algorithms and models to address complex business challenges Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop AI-driven solutions that align with strategic objectives Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the AI engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth Conduct research and experimentation to explore new AI techniques, algorithms, and technologies, and drive innovation within the organization Architect scalable and efficient software architectures for AI applications, considering factors such as performance, reliability, and scalability Ensure the quality and reliability of AI systems through rigorous testing, validation, and optimization efforts Stay abreast of the latest advancements and best practices in AI, machine learning, and related fields, and incorporate them into the development process Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to define product roadmaps and prioritize AI initiatives based on business impact

Requirements

Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI engineering, with a proven track record of designing and implementing AI solutions in real-world applications Expertise in machine learning techniques, such as supervised learning, unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI development, such as Python, Java, or C++ Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including software design, data structures, and algorithms Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems and data sets Effective communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in an Agile development environment and familiarity with DevOps practices Previous experience in leading AI projects or teamsContributions to the AI research community, such as publications, patents, or open-source projectsKnowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and experience deploying AI models in production environmentsFamiliarity with big data technologies, such as Apache Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
