Sr. Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting and financial operations of the company.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations.
• Handle GST returns, TDS filings, tax assessments, and statutory audits.
• Coordinate with external auditors, bankers, consultants, and government authorities.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Review accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and inventory accounting.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and management reports.
• Develop and implement internal financial controls and accounting policies.
• Supervise and guide the accounting team to ensure timely completion of financial activities.
• Monitor banking transactions, reconciliations, and fund management.
• Support management in strategic financial decision-making and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and maintain financial confidentiality.

Required Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
• 5–10 years of post-qualification experience in manufacturing or industrial organizations.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliance, and statutory audits.
• Experience in budgeting, financial planning, cost analysis, and MIS reporting.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
