Role Description The Software Trainers - Web Development role is a part-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The trainer will deliver classroom-based web development courses, explain concepts clearly, and demonstrate practical coding techniques using current web technologies. Daily responsibilities include preparing training materials, designing structured lesson plans, creating examples and exercises, and guiding learners through hands-on projects. The role involves assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching methods to diverse skill levels. The trainer will also collaborate with other instructors and staff to align course content with industry standards and support placement and project activities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Computer Software Training and Training skills for delivering effective, structured sessions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to explain technical concepts and engage diverse groups of learners.
• Candidates should possess solid Software Development experience in web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, popular frameworks) to teach real-world practices.
• Candidates should possess Instructional Design capabilities to create curricula, lesson plans, and learning materials that support varied learning styles.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience in web development and training.
• Proven experience as a technical trainer, faculty member, or corporate instructor in web development or related domains.
• Ability to mentor beginners and advanced learners, manage classroom dynamics, and use modern training tools and lab environments.
• Familiarity with current industry trends, development best practices, and placement-focused training approaches is highly beneficial.
