- Experience in performance testing/engineering hybrid apps.
- Experience with profiling tools (any) such as JProfiler, Dottrace, Android Studio XCode, etc.
- Experience in AWS & Azure Monitoring, Key Services, and related DevOps tools.
- Solid Experience with tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, (any) JMeter, LoadRunner (Any).
- Experience in building/developing and enhancing Performance Test Automation Frameworks and Test Suites.
- Experience in conducting Performance audits for overall application performance and test processes.
- Hands-on experience in configuring JMeter (and similar tools).
- Experience with running Docker, Kubernetes and Cloud-native development frameworks.
- Exposure to Programming and scripting language skills (Java, JavaScript Framework(React, Angular, etc), Python.
- Experience using tools like Azure DevOps, Jira and Confluence(or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to drive the Automation development and adoption agenda.
- Strong motivational and self-leading/management skills.
- Google Analytics/Looker Studio.
- Grafana, Kibana, Log Analytics Dashboards.
- Experience in creating in-house tools and enhancements.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and maintain Performance Testing Plans for Engineering Hybrid apps.
- Monitoring the performance using AWS/Azure tools.
- Perform testing using tools like tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, (any) JMeter, and LoadRunner (Any).
- Conduct Performance Test Audits.
- Configuring Performance testing tools.
- Create Automation testing scripts.
- Interface with Development teams to resolve performance issues.
- Monitor issues identified to closure.
