GOLANG DEVELOPER

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust backend applications using Golang.
• Build and maintain microservices-based architectures and RESTful APIs.
• Develop scalable and high-performance solutions for enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.
• Integrate with databases, message queues, and third-party services.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and follow DevOps best practices.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design discussions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance benchmarks, and security guidelines.

Required Skills

• Between 3 to 8 years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Golang (Go) development.
• Experience with Microservices Architecture and RESTful API development.
• Proficiency in databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.

REACT NATIVE DEVELOPER The primary role of a consultant or Sr. Consultant is to be responsible for managing specific sub-work stream (or sub-modules) within a broader project. Sr. Consultants and Consultants on engagements report into the team lead/ manager and are responsible for end-to-end delivery of the sub-work stream allocated to them.

The responsibilities of Sr. Consultant or Consultant can include

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure that the applications meet the requirements and standards.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Identify and fix bugs and performance issues.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and standards.
• Proficient in React Native and its core principles with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with TypeScript is a plus.
• Experience with Redux and Redux-Saga.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and WebSocketcommunication.
• Experience with debugging and profiling tools.
• Strong understanding of Git and Git Flow.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience of understanding the low/high fidelity level design aspects along with hands-on in UI development writing the unit testable code
• Expertise in CSS, HTML - CSS3, Selectors, Specificity, Media Queries, HTML 5, Web Socket, Web Storage
• Working experience of JavaScript Frameworks& Design Patterns - React (Styled Components, Hooks, Lifecycle, State Management, Unit Test Cases)
• Knowledge of Webpack, Babel and its Plugins, ES6, Redux, Jest
• Experience of Source Control Tools such as GIT
• Experience with cloud services like (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good to have skillsets

• Experience with React and its ecosystem.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Firebase or other cloud-based services.
• Familiarity with other front-end frameworks such as Vue.js or AngularJS.
• Understanding of Dev Ops, Automation (Version controlling - Bitbucket, GIT) Continuous Integration, (Code Pipeline /Jenkins)
• Experience with cloud services like (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud)

Sr. Consultant: 6+ years of experience

Consultant: 3+ years of experience

Professional Qualification - B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS

JAVA DEVELOPERS

As a Java Developer, you will be a key member of our software development team, responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and reliable Java-based applications.

This role requires strong Java programming skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Between 3-8 years of experience as a Java Developer.
• Proficiency in Java programming language and familiarity with Java frameworks

(e.g., Spring, Hibernate).

• Proficiency in Java Collection Framework, JVM Internals, Design Patterns,

Lambda Expressions and Functional Programming

• Proficiency in writing effective unit test cases
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of software development best practices, including design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code.
• Knowledge of Microservices, event driven architectures, serverless architecture is plus
• Good understanding of DevOps tools
• Proficiency in writing clean code, static code review tools
• Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL databases).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work in a team-oriented environment.
