⁠ ⁠Good understanding in handling AWS resources and deployment for web applications.

Roles and Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Communicate with clients to understand reported issues, business requirements, and enhancement requests.

⁠ ⁠Analyze and identify the root cause of technical and functional issues.

⁠ ⁠Provide effective, scalable, and business-oriented solutions based on client requirements.

⁠ ⁠Participate in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of web applications built using the MEAN Stack.

⁠ ⁠Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution and successful project delivery.

⁠ ⁠Explain technical concepts and solutions clearly to clients and stakeholders.

⁠ ⁠Continuously learn and adopt new technologies and best practices to improve product quality and performance.

⁠ ⁠Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Preferred Experience

⁠ ⁠Experience working on enterprise web applications.

⁠ ⁠Exposure to customer-facing roles and direct client interactions.

⁠ ⁠Knowledge of REST APIs, database design, and system integration.

⁠ ⁠Experience in troubleshooting production issues and providing technical support.

⁠ ⁠Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

⁠ Working knowledge in managing hosting environments, including AWS services.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
