About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Software Developer who can take ownership of building, scaling, and maintaining production-grade applications. This role is for someone who understands real-world systems, not just writing code but making it work reliably at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications
• Work across frontend and backend with a clear understanding of system architecture
• Deploy, monitor, and scale applications on cloud infrastructure
• Optimize application performance, security, and reliability
• Collaborate with product and business teams to convert requirements into robust solutions

Required Skill Set

• AWS hands-on experience with deployment and cloud services
• Flutter mobile app development (Android & iOS)
• Node.js backend development and APIs
• React.js modern frontend development
• Docker containerization and environment management
• Scalability experience handling growing users, load, and performance

Must-Have Experience

• 45 years of professional software development experience
• Experience working on live, production systems
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, databases, and system design
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for deliverables

Good to Have (Bonus)

• CI/CD pipelines
• Microservices architecture
• Startup or product-based company experience
