Job Profile

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Social Media Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of social media strategies, creating engaging content, and managing our client's online presence across various platforms. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and a keen understanding of current social media trends.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

At least 0.5 year of experience in social media or a related role.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices.

Basic understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).

Creative mindset with a passion for social media trends and content creation.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Performance Expectations

Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies for various clients.

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and audience engagement.

Collaborate with the content creation team to develop creative ideas and concepts for social media campaigns.

Analyse and report on social media performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
