Social Media Trainee (Intern)

Job Title: Social Media Intern

Location: Indore (Onsite)- Full Time

Experience: 2 months - 6 months must required

Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage and oversee all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, and short-form content.
• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
• Create short-form videos and UGC content (comfortable being on camera when required).
• Share clear briefs, guidelines, and feedback with creators to ensure quality and brand consistency.
• Research, onboard, and collaborate with influencers/creators from briefing to final delivery.
• Build and maintain long-term influencer relationships.
• Coordinate with design, copywriting, video editing, and media buying teams for smooth campaign execution.
• Monitor comments, DMs, and audience engagement regularly.
• Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, growth, and ROI.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates

Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s degree
• Up to 2 months - 6 months of experience.
• knowledge of Instagram, YouTube & trends.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
