About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Operations Intern who understands how content works on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. This role is execution-heavy, ensuring content goes live smoothly, consistently, and in the best possible way.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and operate multiple social media accounts daily
• Ensure all scheduled content is posted on time without errors
• Add captions, select trending audios, and optimize posts before publishing
• Upload and publish content across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook)
• Maintain consistency in posting and content quality
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
• Track basic performance and flag high-performing content

What We’re Looking For

• Basic understanding of social media platforms
• Eye for captions, trends, and what works online
• Attention to detail, no missed posts, no sloppy uploads
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Willingness to work night shifts (critical for this role)
• Reliable, consistent, and execution-focused mindset
• Basic editing knowledge
