Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing social media content across platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. Daily tasks include developing content calendars, designing posts and short-form videos, writing captions, monitoring comments and messages, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The specialist will track performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to align social media initiatives with ongoing promotions and launches. Additional responsibilities include staying updated on social media trends, supporting influencer collaborations, and ensuring all content reflects the company’s focus on natural, Ayurvedic wellness.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan and execute effective campaigns across channels.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop compelling, brand-aligned posts, visuals, and storytelling.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to write clear, engaging copy and interact professionally with customers and partners.
• Candidates should ideally have experience with analytics tools, basic graphic design or video editing, and knowledge of current social media trends.
• Candidates should have the ability to work on-site in Dehradun, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred; interest in Ayurveda and natural wellness is an added advantage.
