Key responsibilities: Social Media Marketing Manager

• Develop and execute a result-driven social media strategy aligned with brand and marketing goals.
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos).
• Maintain and manage a content calendar for campaigns and daily posting.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content teams for high-quality creative.
• Monitor trends, memes, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Handle community management by responding to comments, DMs, and audience queries.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and prepare regular reports.
• Optimize content and campaigns based on data insights and analytics.
• Plan and manage paid social media campaigns to increase reach and leads.
• Ensure consistent brand voice and tone across all platforms.
• Coordinate with marketing and growth teams for integrated campaigns.
