Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating engaging content, scheduling posts, monitoring performance metrics, and assisting with community management through comments, messages, and interactions. The intern will collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with broader digital marketing and branding goals, including promotions, events, and community initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Payal, requiring consistent presence and collaboration with the team.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan and support online campaigns.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging, audience-focused content.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact with the community and collaborate with team members.
• Basic understanding of analytics tools and social media performance metrics is beneficial.
• Interest in education, career development, or community-building initiatives is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Payal and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
