Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We're seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Intern to join our e-commerce team. The intern will assist in developing and executing social media strategies to drive sales, engagement, and brand awareness for our online store.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
• Create high-quality content (product showcases, promotions, user-generated content) to showcase products and engage customers
• Develop and implement social media content calendars aligned with e-commerce goals
• Collaborate with our marketing team to integrate social media with email marketing, promotions, and product launches
• Monitor and report on social media metrics (engagement rates, conversions, etc.) and provide insights for improvement
• Engage with customers, respond to comments and messages, and resolve issues
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program (Marketing, Communications, or related field)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and e-commerce marketing
• Excellent content creation and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce)
• Knowledge of paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads)
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
