Role Description

Manage social media accounts, create & schedule content, run and optimize Meta Ads, monitor campaign performance, generate reports, increase leads, engagement, and followers

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan and execute effective online campaigns.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging, brand-aligned content.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and engage with online audiences.
• Experience managing paid ads on platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, or Google Ads is highly beneficial.
• Ability to analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Dhenkanal in a fast-paced environment.
